For women with a previously identified fibroid or ovarian cyst who have been advised to have follow-up ultrasound imaging.
The scan allows our sonographer to document the current sonographic appearance and measurements of previously identified findings, and compare these with previous information where this is available and appropriate.

Our ultrasound examinations provide an assessment and written report of the sonographic observations made during your appointment. They are not intended to diagnose or replace consultation with your GP, gynaecologist or other healthcare professional.
If our sonographer observes something that requires further investigation, we will explain the recommended next steps and advise you to contact the appropriate healthcare professional.
Women experiencing postmenopausal bleeding or other concerning symptoms should seek medical advice even if their ultrasound findings are reassuring.
Our scans are performed by an experienced qualified sonographer and include a written report detailing the sonographic observations. If we identify findings that may require further investigation, we will refer you to contact your GP or other appropriate healthcare professional.
