Designed for women going through perimenopause or menopause who would like a detailed ultrasound assessment of their pelvic organs.
The scan assesses the appearance of the uterus, endometrium (womb lining), ovaries and surrounding pelvic structures. It may be appropriate for women experiencing pelvic discomfort, bloating or other pelvic symptoms, or where a healthcare professional has recommended a pelvic ultrasound.

This ultrasound does not diagnose menopause and should not replace medical assessment of concerning symptoms.
Our ultrasound examinations provide an assessment and written report of the sonographic observations made during your appointment. They are not intended to diagnose or replace consultation with your GP, gynaecologist or other healthcare professional.
If our sonographer observes something that requires further investigation, we will explain the recommended next steps and advise you to contact the appropriate healthcare professional.
Women experiencing postmenopausal bleeding or other concerning symptoms should seek medical advice even if their ultrasound findings are reassuring.
Our scans are performed by an experienced qualified sonographer and include a written report detailing the sonographic observations. If we identify findings that may require further investigation, we will refer you to contact your GP or other appropriate healthcare professional.
